Overview

Alma Hair Extensions sells exclusively to licensed stylists for professional use. Because hair extensions are personal-care products applied directly to a client's body, all sales are final once the product has been opened or installed. Returns are accepted only on unopened, unused product within the conditions below.

Unopened Product (30-Day Window)

Unopened, unused hair extensions in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Returns must arrive at our facility in the original packaging
  • InvisiTape must be in the original sealed sleeve with the foil intact
  • EverWeft Single and Double must have the original tags attached and the bundle band intact
  • Color rings, sample packs, books, courses, and tools are non-returnable

To start a return, email customerservice@almahairextensions.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.

Damaged in Transit

Open and inspect every order on arrival. If the box arrives crushed, leaking, or visibly damaged, photograph it before opening. Email customerservice@almahairextensions.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll replace the damaged product at no cost — no return required.

Wrong Color or Length Shipped

If you received the wrong color or length compared to what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the product label. We'll ship the correct item the same business day and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Color Match Concerns

If the color doesn't match the client and the package is unopened, the standard 30-day return policy applies. If the package was opened to attempt a color match against the client's hair, contact us — case-by-case we may offer an exchange for store credit, depending on condition.

Installed Product

Once extensions have been installed on a client, they cannot be returned for hygiene and sanitation reasons. If you encounter a defect after installation — excessive shedding, color bleeding, abnormal tangling, weft separation, or fiber failure — email customerservice@almahairextensions.com with photos, a description of the issue, and the install date. We review every defect claim individually and may issue replacement product, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Tax Exemption

Upload your state resale certificate from your account dashboard. Once verified by our team (1-2 business days), all future orders shipping to that state ship tax-free. Orders placed before tax exemption is verified are not refundable for sales tax — apply for tax exemption before placing your first order.

International Orders

Currently U.S. and Canada only. UK and Australia launch Q3 2026. Sign up for the international waitlist via the footer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. Bank settlement times vary; expect 3-10 business days additional for the credit to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing customerservice@almahairextensions.com. After 1 hour, orders enter the fulfillment queue and cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, follow the standard 30-day return process for unopened product.
