Alma was started by stylists who got tired of working with hair that shed in the first wash, snapped on the first lift, or arrived three shades off the color ring. Every weft we sell is sourced from the same Russian Remy donor lines, audited at the spool, and reserved for licensed professionals only.

We don't sell to clients. We don't sell to wholesalers. We sell to the stylist behind the chair, who will install our product on a real client and stake their reputation on it. That gating is the whole point — it's how we keep the bar high enough that you can quote your real install rate without anyone undercutting you.

Our promise

Three rules we don't bend on: single-donor sourcing, color-tested at the lab and on real clients, and a no-questions return policy on defective wefts. Everything else is iteration.

The team

Founded by Will Wyatt, a Sacramento-area stylist who's installed extensions on hundreds of clients and seen every way the hair industry can disappoint a working stylist. Built with a small team of color experts, sourcing partners in Russia and India, and a logistics crew based in Orlando, FL.

Alma is a stylist-only luxury house — sourcing the finest wefts in the world, gating every order behind a license, and quietly raising the standard for what extensions can be.
